A 510-thread battery fits the great majority of cartridges on a New York dispensary shelf. Variable-voltage models let you run cooler for flavour or hotter for vapour; a single fixed-voltage pen is simpler and cheaper.
Grinders
A two-piece grinder is simpler and cheaper. A three or four-piece adds a screen and a collection chamber below it. Even grind matters more for an even burn than any other piece of gear.
Storage
Airtight, opaque, and room temperature preserves both cannabinoids and terpenes. Direct light and heat are what degrade flower fastest, so a drawer beats a shelf by the window.
